PhD students
Nils Drechsel, MSc. Nils currently develops Adun in two major directions. On the one side, implementing and benchmarking our new algorithms for multiscale simulations applied to folding processes and on the other developing new efficient and effective methods for implicit solvation in molecular simulations. In collaboration with Ken A. Dill, at Stony Brook, NY.
Maria Ángeles Millán, MSc. Working on the understanding of the structural basis of antibody-antigen recognition. Co-supervision with Jaume Martorell, Hospital Clínic.
Deepak Kumar, MSc. Structure-function relationshipd of Protein-RNA recognition. Co-supervision with Janusz Bujnicki, IIMCB, Warsaw.
MSc students
Alberto Gatto, BSc. MSc student of the Laurea Specialistica in Bioinformatica, Università di Bologna. Modelling cGMP signalling, in collaboration with Luis Agulló, VHIR.
Sergio Rubio, BSc. MSc student of the MSc on Bioinformatics for Health Sciences at the UPF. Modelling CD300 family of receptors on a Marató de TV3 research project, in collaboration with Joan Sayós, VHIR.
Visiting fellows
Irene Meliciani, PhD, visiting fellow from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). She works on protein-DNA interactions for transcription factors relevant in developmental biology
César Ávila, PhD, visiting fellow from the INSIBIO Conicet. He is a visiting lecturer at the MSc on Bioinformatics for Health Sciences and collaborates on the development of the multiscale molecular dynamics model.
